Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@extraodinaire.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Email us immediately at support@extraodinaire.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away — no return necessary.
